Rakscher (rˈakʃɑː)
Rakscher is a Land filled with hills and giant rock formations who belong to the giant mountain chain of Tumikum, but also a sea blessed with enough sunlight to allow Water Humans to live there, this kind however does have legs. Fins and scales all over their body. Rakscher is one of the most populated places in Oschata and has giant cities both on land and under water. Rakscher has so many people, it’s on the 3rd place on the population rank list.
The northern tip of Rakscher is parted from the lower landmass, it's devided by either only mountain formations or by a giant shadow wall, Tzazek { Rakscher } that also parts the Rakscher Sea from the Zakalye Territory, this black cloud ends on one side far north before the Tumikum Cliffs and it's otehr end is located just before the southern end of the Ocean River of Azag, curving majestic over land and sea.
-And the traditional travel or work companions are Tamed Dragons and Strong Lions
-The most common clothes on land are tight shirts and pants made out of silk and other precious materials. And under water are sturdy materials, like water resistant fabrics similar to polyester or even coral, iron and other metals, the best choice to make breathtaking clothing.
Rakscher, which is known mostly for it's dragons, since not only have they the best riding schools, but it's also the place were, currently, the most dragons live.
The flag shows a dragon infront of the shining sun, all in Purple because that use to be a very rare color that only the rich could afford. Since the dragons also have a very high status it became the most used color for teh flag.
