• Belazin is the founder of the Charismatic Crooners of Chalinos, having first appeared in Domunz many years ago through an elemental rift near Mount Rackus. Separated from his family in the Elemental Plane of Fire, he made his way to Chalinos and found he had a natural affinity for playing the pan flute, entertaining many Garrison soldiers at the main brewery in town, "Fer All That Ales Ye." At the local brothel, "Treasured Boxes," he met a fellow traveler from another plane, the Air Genasi Breziata Oohrnato and convinced her to give up the Brothel life and join him on stage, finding her air abilities a natural fit for the Shawm. After a few years together, as the group found two more Genasi members (The Water Genasi Lehck and the Earth Genasi Rhokabol), they became somewhat famous, though always in the shadow of the uber-famous Svadri vur krikvlic of the Loving Spoonfulls, who at one time was an idol of Belazin. In time, Belazin and Breziata fell in love and married, but it was not meant to be. His fiery nature and her breezy attitude were not always compatible. Shortly after the tabaxi Fehlinpe Useh joined the group, the couple separated, Breziata the first to leave the troupe. Without her around Belazin lost his musical inspiration, and decided the band should split to write their own music for a time, much to the dismay of the others. He is currently working feverishly on a love ballad entitled, "Blowing My Wick Once More" which he secretly hopes might win him back Breziata. Recently, he received an invitation that included a free boat ride to the island of Expa to play for the patrons of THE HIDDEN FLASK tavern, that included a very high payout. He could not help but take on the job....

• After stumbling through a strange rift into the strange land of Domunz from her home in the Element Plane of Air, Breziata found herself high in the Scratchy Mountains. She made her way to the forest below and discovered the hidden elven city of Lithserin, where she learned the language of SYLVAN and a bit about how to play the Shawm. Eventually, bored by the quiet ways of the Elves and their weak liquor, she made her way to the local town of Chalinos, and found employment at "Treasured Boxes," the local brothel. She enjoyed the life and the free booze (especially a drink called "Scatch"), and was relatively comfortable. Then, one day a fire Genasi customer swept her off her feet, and after she played the Shawm for him, invited her to join his band, The Charismatic Crooners of Chalinos. She gladly accepted, always ready for the next adventure and looked forward to a life of music, partying and lovemaking. She joined him as he recruited other Genasi members (A Water Genasi named Lehck and an Earth Genasi named Rhokabol) and together they toured across Domunz, eventually even adding a 5th member, a small young Tabaxi named Fehlinpe who eventually won her over by his claim that he could be their "Bodyguard" as well as bandmember. Eventually though, Belazin's fiery attitude and acerbic wit grew tiring, and they separated, with Breziata heading out to tour on her own, and doing fairly well if she does say so herself. Though she occasionally thinks of Belazin, she is pretty content with life as it is now. Recently, she received an invitation that included a free boat ride to the island of Expa to play for the patrons of THE HIDDEN FLASK tavern, that included a very high payout. She could not help but take on the job....

• Fehlinpe grew up in the Dwarven city of Thindriline under the watchful eyes of his Father, who wanted his son to grow up to work in comfort and security at the Bank of Thindriline as he did. However, Fehlipe was young, brash, enthusiastic and energetic, (though not the smartest), and always looking for adventure, and he ran way from home around the age of 15, making his way down to Chalinos where he got work in the "Fer All That Ales Yeh" tavern as a waiter. Having a natural affinity for string instruments very early in life, especially the Dulcimer, Fehlinpe was always fascinated by the bards who came through, asking for tips and instructions and spending a lot of money on his own Dulcimer. However, after hearing stories of Svadri and the Loving Spoonfuls, he also wanted to be the hero in all the stories he told, so when he finally became a real bard it came time to choose a Bardic College he chose the College of Swords so he could battle as well as play.When he returned to Chalinos after his studies abroad, he encountered a fantastic new troupe in the tavern, and knew this was the one he wanted to join. They were exotic, had a funky sound, and were missing the unique notes he could provide. Fehlinpe was the final member to join the Charismatic Crooners of Chalinos, and they only let him in because he continued to pester them and promised he would be their bodyguard as well as their bandmate. Despite being the only non-Genasi in the group, Fehlinpe fit in relatively well after almost a year with the crew (despite his issues with Lehck Watic who enjoyed dousing him with water), and Fehlinpe was very disheartened when the group split up to find inspiration for their next big hit (he did not know about Belazin the Fire Genasi and Breziata the Air Genasi having been married and then splitting up at the time, though right before they all went their separate ways Rhokabol the Earth Genasi told him the whole story). Fehlinpe hopes to reunite one day, and is working feverishly on a song to bring them all back together, and thinks he has one called "Coming Together for the Pussy," a ballad about the group eventually reuniting to join Fehlinpe on a quest to save Domunz. Recently, Fehlinpe received an invitation that included a free boat ride to the island of Expa to play for the patrons of THE HIDDEN FLASK tavern, that included a very high payout. He could not help but take on the job....
