The Hirvi are a type of Cloud Walkers, one of the many species that walk the Clouds of Sumentaa. What makes the Hirvi different from other Cloud Walkers ethnicities is that female Hirvi have a set of wings and boht males and females have deer like features to them..

Origin

The Hirvi people originating from a small reagin of Haviria in Pohentaa, northern Sumentaa. However there original origin is unknown. Many point to The legend of the doe is the origin of the Hirvi there is howeve not prove for this. No matter what there origin is they are a unique Cloud Walkers ethnicity being the only once that have wings.

History

The Hirvi people originate form Haviria. A smaler cloud formation in the southern part of the Northern ring of Sumentaa.

Because of the unique atonimy of the Hirvi that gives them wings they are one of the only once that can go down to the serves without a problem. The Hirvi people have made used this ability to go down to the serves and cultivate the land there for generations.

With the slowly growing communitie they were able to grow there production of food and started selling the extra produce to naboring Everclouds. They mostly traded there goods for the goods that the other Everclouds made rearly exchanging it for money. Over the generations there production has gotten so big that they could feed a least half the population of Pohmentaa making there crops common for many people. With rye being there main crop it has become a staple for many households giving them the ability to use the flower to make many dishes. There are common dishes that are local to surten Evercloud population that relay on they rye the the Hirvi people produse.

During the The War of Wild the Hirvi people kept themself nutural and bouchte the freedom by selling produse to all sides of the war. If you are responsible for the food that the soldiers eat you are not a target they want to destroy, but one they want to protect.

They played this card well and after the war the new established counsel of light offered them a position as the main food suplire for the newly established capital and academy of magic. They did not take them up on there offer feeling like it would limit them in there freedom to trade. The deal came with terms and conditions that would not allow them free trade with everyone and the controle over who they got to sell to was handed over the counsel.

This is the point in Hirvi history where two versions of the story are told. There is the official version as it is recorded for the national records and that is told in schools around Pohmentaa. And there is the version told within the Hirvi communities and is told by the older generation to the younger generation. Which one is the truth can not with certainty be said but it is likely that both version of the telling hold truth.

The official version is as followed. Where the elders of the Hirvi community did not want to trade with the counsel the younger generations did not agree with this statement and went off to start there own communities. The counsel helped them find Everclouds they could make them here now home.

And the local version says that the splitting of there community was not of there own free will but imposed upon them by the new counsle wantign controle over everything in this new united Pohmentaa

(they were forsefully made to move into smaller communities and work for the counsel)

With there now being multiple smaller communities of Hirvi non of which could produce the number needed to feed everyone the counsel decided to give each community a regan to produce for. The total off ... communities that supply mostly rye to the people of Pohmentaa with excess produse being sold for export to the other rings.

there is debate going on if this spread was on there own free will or that it was forced upon them by the seat of power to yeald more crops to feed the wider population of northern sumentaa
