Jadis the White Witch
"I was the Queen. They were all my people. What else were they there for but to do my will?"
Queen Jadis was once the most infamous ruler of Narnia.
Her tyranny eventually provoked the Narnians into a triumphant uprising known as the Winter Revolution.
After the slaying of her mother, Elphaba, by Glinda, Jadis fled to her aunt Theadora's home. Together, Jadis and Theadora left Oz with as many Animals as they could gather. Theadora settled in Sithean, and Jadis made her home in Narnia (then known as Charn).
Jadis, initially seen as a heroine among the Animals she had led away from Oz, quickly rose in power, and was declare Queen of Charn. Jadis quickly surrounded herself with faithful minions who carried out her sometimes harsh commands and punishments among her subjects. Her most valued commanders were two dwarves named Nikabrik and Ginarrbrik, a minotaur named Otrim, and two wolves named Maugrim and Vardan. They ran her secret police, led her armies, and commanded her guards.
Charn's existence was mostly a peaceful one due to Jadis' heavy-handed rule, until the rise of Aslan, a Lion demi-god, son of Shedra (a Lion) and Kinich Ahau (the Mayan Sun God). He led the Winter Revolution against Jadis, eventually cornering her and her forces during the Battle of Charn, and exiling her to The Latern Waste.
Since then, Jadis has been rallying her forces and biding her time, preparing to challenge Aslan and retake Narnia.
