The Embodiment of Compassion
Sofie, the Whisper of Wind, is a shorter than average human with long dark hair and brandishing two daggers. She is often accompanied by fire-ladden wolves that surround Her at all times. She has aided in the mental freedom of most animals through pacts with darker entities. With this, She has endeavored to embody compassion and will always hold a deep regret for the losses that couldn't be prevented. Her mount is recognized as being an Arboreal Hell Hound.
Dogma
Sofie is a very loving and compassionate human with a willingness to put Herself in harm's way to aid someone that desperately needs it. This has led to Her even aiding Hwrt, the Embodiment of Animals, and No, the Lady of Friendship. She has aided others, but these two were the ones that were closest to Her. Compassion should never be left to the wayside. It should be felt for even the lowliest of creatures.
Gaining Favor or Redemption
To gain favor with Sofie, one must care for those around them and show mercy and compassion to those that are filled with emptiness and loss. However, showing resentment and hatred towards others for no other reason or without recourse is abhorrent to Sofie. The means of redemption for such transgressions is through the performance of Sofie's Song. This is a song composed by elves and humans alike as it takes around a quarter of a day to sing. If one sings with their heart, then the world itself will sing with them. This is when Sofie will forgive the transgressor.
Interactions with the World
Sofie's contribution to Omedei is the kinship amongst not only humans, but animals as well. This has allowed for many races to tame and live alongside wildlife so easily over the past few millennia. One such method that has created this level of cooperation is the Sofiathin plant. This herb can only be found through the uncanny scent of an animal, but is toxic to the touch for those that do not have proper protection. This plant aids in forcing cooperation between a forager and their animal. The effects of the Sofiathin are renowned for their ability to clear the mind and aid in the diminishing of mind-altering substances and abilities. For animals, when properly prepared, gives them a level of understanding of what humanoids say and do comparable to that of an adolescent of their species. As for humanoids, when properly prepared, bolsters their mental constitution and has been used to clear away migraines, hangovers, and in extremely rare instances, kills brain parasites.
