A southern state of Cardidium.
Structure
This state is a duchery ruled over a lizardfolk clan.
Demography and Population
70% of the population is Lizardfolk. There are also some number of the following:
Sea Elves, Humans, Dwarves, Halfling, Orcs, Frogfolk, Dragonlings

Territories
The span of the Valignat River going east, up to the Arganth Mountains going south, to the Azure Gulf west, and only a bit north to keep the marshlands under their control.
Religion
While there is no offical religion for this state most of the people in it revere three specific gods: Woos, Kulu and Zendala. Woos is depicted as a lizard person with water cascading from her body in pictures and at her feet in statues. Kulu is depicted as a four armed lizard person armed with swords and axes and sporting a set of horns. Zendala though resembles an elven male with a bow as he is often depicted among wood elves and many temples.
Foreign Relations
The people of this state keep watch on the mountains to curb any sign of Fire Newt or zealotic Orc agression as they have terrible relationshops with both.
