Ýhïm-Óhöš

Ýhïm-Óhöš was a settlement of the central Amoŋot Desert. Although geographically separate the territories of the northern Hýyo-Wýðúr and the southern Hýyó-Hayïd cities, it has historically shared the objectives of the former, and thus considered as part of them.

Founded during the First Varhoŋïan War of 24976 AYM by the then-commander of the Army of Vërðïm, Žülfaðïŋ-Ürkaž, and marks the site at which he and the rest of the armies of the Varonian Trade Coalition first gathered. This explains the heavily military-based central design, which included a large rectangular area used for the readying of the troops before setting off and numerous supply areas to the side that would have stored armor, weapons, and other supplies. However, following the War, it would remain a relatively minor city until the Matousian Civil War of 24910 AYM, where the newly-founded tribe of Ðú-Üdarr would adopt it as one of its principal cities.
