Ïýšküŋkahð
Ïýšküŋkahð was a member of the Bašurhúd Family and the first leader of the Ökghaaŋðarr Tribe, which he ruled from 24996 to 24978 AYM. He was responsible for initiating the spread eastward that the tribe undertook. He would also create the first rudimentary plans for a transportation system to supply and support these frontier settlements, but these would only be completed around 24960 AYM by his successor Šrëf-Ŋŋül.
