Ïlamatril Family

The Ïlamatril Family was one of twelve families that lived in the Elironid tribe. It was the only family to stay in the tribe for all of its known existence. From 22898 to 22711 AYM they were the only inhabitants of the Elironid tribe until they were wiped out by a flash flood. Because of this, they are the only family of the 12 original families to be considered extinct, although supplemental links are known and still alive.

History

The Ïlamatril Family is often associated with the Ïntiyóða Family, which was the last to leave the Ïlýrhonid Tribe, as both families played major roles in shaping the culture of the resultant tribe. While the cosmological details, like the Ïlýrhonidian Calendar, came from the Ïntiyóðian Tribe, the Religious details came from the Ïlamatril Family, albeit heavily distorted. The end product of this distortion, as adopted by the Tribe, constituted the Kavamïŋ-Ïlýrhonid, which primarily concerned the roles of a select few characters, namely Hyvam and Vëtam, both of whom do have historical evidence of existing in the genealogies of other families (albeit maybe resulting from the combinations of many different figures).

The Ïlamatril Family, being likely from some region nearby the Ïlýrhonid Tribe's territory, likely took their inspiration of the Zar-Isyer-Akwor from the beings populating the Ðýmóš Plains. Although not immediately malicious, these creatures, especially the Bhakör-Žëe, likely inspired the Zar-Isyer-Akwor through their huge size and featureless faces.
