Bhakör-Žëe
The Bhakör-Žëe is a species that primarily dwells in the Ðýmóš Plains. Standing at 10-13 meters tall and 5-6 meters long, they are the largest animals to inhabit the Blýfónic Valley. They are also one of the most reclusive species to exist, only appearing out in the open in specific days in Ðúvý.
Physically, they consist of the same major shape as their distant relative the Ibrófeneð, that being a central spherical unit with a stem-like flexible appendage at the top. However, the functions of these different units are noticeably distinct, likely as a result of the conditions of the Plains biome. Culturally, the Bhakör-Žëe play a somewhat antagonist role in early Ibrófeneðian history due to them being most likely the inspiration for the Zar-Isyer-Akwor, a monstrous race of shapeshifting creatures that were said to prey on the Ibrófeneð.
Anatomy
The Bhakör-Žëe consists of a very distinct shape and size. It has a squashed spheroid body which is marked by a large cavity in the back, and towering neck that houses the eyes of the Bhakör. From the back of the neck are two vent-like pores that constantly secrete a thin gas, black in hue, that is drawn towards two similarly-sized pores in the back of the body via magnets. In ideal conditions, these two pores constantly funnel and stream the gas over the large cavity in the back. This gas prevents passage of molecules between it in the same way a solid barrier does, and is one of the most recognizable aspects of the Bhakör.
