Unterana
Unterana was a goddess of strength and power best known for the creation of giants. She was killed by Deyallor at the end of The War of the Titans about -5 AY, shortly before the founding of the Aurean Empire. She is the last known god to die and likely the only one to have been killed on the material plane.
She has had few worshippers since her death, and little is even known about the tenets of her faith, but she is still held in reverance by many giants. Her body is believed to now form a rock formation known as the Divine Corpse in the Highsong Mountains, which is sacred to most giants to this day. She is also the subject of a great number of songs and tales told throughout the world.
Divine Symbols & Sigils
A symbol resembling a massive hammer is sometimes associated with Unterana, being found on some ruins of her temples, though it is now used by giants for a variety of purposes and its origin is disputed.
