Goldhome

Goldhome is an underground dwarven city located in the northern portion of the North Barrier. The city is known to be very reclusive and visitors are rarely welcome. Isolated and very difficult to reach, no roads exist that reach the city. The entrance is hidden, and its exact location is known to few, though it is known to be in an area of massive, cascading cliffs known as the Dwarven Gates.   A few trusted traders, mostly from local Barrier tribes, are allowed to trade with the city, though they are almost never allowed inside. The city appears to produce a shocking amount of gold, which traders ship out by the pack over narrow trails descending the cliffs. This has made certain traders and tribes in the area very wealthy, many wearing ostentatious amounts of gold jewlery. A decent amount also makes it to Erthon, near the coast, where a great number of talented goldsmiths work it into exquisite art traded across the western coast and beyond.
