Brinathar

Brinathar is the god of the sea, and is associated by many with the turbulance and seemingly innate chaos of the world. Most of his worshippers are fishers and sailors who pray for his protection from the whims of the sea. He also, however, has a more committed core of followers who embrace his association with chaos and unpredictablity, reveling in the intensity of nature and life.   Brinathar is believed by some to be the last of four elemental gods that predated the others, with him being associated with water. The existance of these other gods is disputed and there identities unknown, though some believe Unterana to have been the goddess of earth.
