Altumar Ocean
Geography
The vast western ocean of Erilis, one of two oceans and the sister of Urvamar Ocean. An archipelago stretches northwest from the southern portion of the Crylastine Plains' western coast, consisting of islands no more than 150 kilometers across, save for one, and separated by between 8 and 30 kilometers of open waters. Most were volcanic at some point, but only a handful are still active. At the northwestern end of the archipelago is a much larger island 800 by 650 kilometers, called Locupro. It has three active volcanos on it, two in the northwest and one in the east. All of the islands are uninhabited, though their volcanic soil supports lush tropical growth. The eastern coastline of the ocean includes the volcanic mountains of the south pole, the Crylastine Plain's western coast, the mouth of Illashal Bay, the southern edge of The Green Road and the southern and western coast of the Rarus Plains.
