Steve has a well build and is of average height which causes him to often be eye to eye with many races and creatures.

Enhanced Agility: Steve possesses enhanced speed and agility, far greater than any human. This enables him to perform leaps across incredible heights and distances, and even scale vertical surfaces. Steve´s agility also allows him to easily and rapidly run, jump, sprint and climb.    Claws and Fangs: Steve has powerful claws and is able to cut through solid walls. His fangs can tear human flesh and can rip out a human heart right out of their chest cavity. He is able to transform just his claws without transforming fully.    Shapeshifting: Steve transforms into a wolf-like creature under a full moon, when feeling great anger, he is in great danger, forced by a magical artifact or out of free will.    Infectious Bite: While in beast form, Steve can turn another persons into a werewolf through a bite. He is capable of doing this at will.    Super Senses: Steve possesses heightened, animal senses. He is able to see with greater clarity than Humans, even in darkness, and his senses of smell and hearing are also equally enhanced.    Super Strength: He possesses considerably enhanced strength, far greater than any human. He can easily overpower humans, lift and throw others, and rip flesh and bone with amazing force. His strength is notable even for monsters, as he has been observed smashing stone with his bare hands. Even while in human form, Steve possesses incredible strength.    Regeneration: Stve can quickly regenerate all non-lethal damage. He can even heal damage that would be fatal to Humans.    Super Stamina: He does not tire easily, allowing him to physically exert himself for longer, and in a superhuman physical capacity.    Super Speed: Steve can move very fast. He is able to move from place to place in seconds. He is considerably faster than Humans.    Invulnerability: Steve cannot be killed by most conventional means and weapons, however, certain supernatural weapons, as well as silver, can kill him. He can also be killed by methods decapitation, dismemberment, as well as certain supernatural beings.    Master Tactician and Strategist: Rogers is a master accomplished tactician and strategist. He is widely recognized as being extremely difficult to defeat, even by master martial artists.   Master Shield Fighter: Rogers' years of training and experience with his unique shield, as well as its physical properties, allowing him to accomplish amazing feats with the item. He is also well-versed in the use of firearms, though he prefers not to use them.   Master Weaponry: Rogers does not typically utilize weapons other than his shield, but in desperate situations he wields additional weapons to ensure victory. He can master any weapons in a matter of seconds. He is proficient in wielding swords, daggers, throwing knifes, staffs, sticks, tonfa, axes, maces, and even firearms.   Master Stick Fighter: Although Rogers prefers to use his shield, he is shown to be an extraordinary master in stick fighting.
