Kagaya Ubuyashiki

Kagaya is a man of frail physicality, average stature, and very pale skin complexion. He has shoulder-length black hair that is parted in the middle.

On Kagaya's arms and backside is covered in thick, giant, black feathers. His nails are black and formed like eagle talons.
