Giichi Tomioka

Giichi bears a great resemblance to his older brother, Giyu. He also has a pale complexion and choppy raven-black hair. His eyes are moderately large, their irises a dark blue that fades to a lighter blue and their pupils a bluish-black, and are framed by thin eyebrows.

Shapeshifting: Giichi is able to turn either into his human form, his main form or into his dragon form as a full blown grey Skrill.    Riding Lightning: Giichi can "ride" lightning bolts. He ascends upwards at hypersonic speeds through a field of lightning bolts. While riding on these lightning bolts, Giichi is capable of travelling a couple of kilometers in a tenth of a second, which means that he can travel at several times the speed of sound. This maneuver can make him fly faster than any other dragon, though considering the stats say otherwise may indicate that the he can only move like this in short bursts.   Electric Shock: Giichi is an electrical dragon. He can absorb and store electrical energy from lightning bolts. Using his metallic spines, he can channel the lightning through his body and fire out destructive blasts through his mouth. Since the electrical charges in thunder clouds are very active, Giichi can achieve very powerful firepower. He also has the ability to direct multiple bolts of lightning at once, striking anyone or anything around himself at the same time. He can also store the electrical energy in his body and use it at a later time. His ability to harness and store electricity gives him a static field, which makes people's hair stand on end if they get too close. Giichi can also summon lightning to break out of a dragon-proof cage.   Firepower: Unlike other dragons' fire attacks, Giichi has the ability to shoot blue lightning bolts over great distances. If someone gets hit by his electric blast, they will only be able to talk gibberish for a short while. Giichi has the ability to release all of the electricity stored in his body at once, which causes a huge wave of electricity to travel outwards in all directions. This attack is seldom used since it uses up all of the his lightning reserves.   Electrical Field: Giichi can create an electrical field that acts similarly to a force field. While doing so, he closes his wings around his body, and swings his tail upwards. He then forms a small electrical field that can be used to block projectiles, similar to how a Seashocker protects itself from predators.   Strength and Combat: Giichi possess impressive strength relative to his size, much like Night Furies and Deadly Nadders.   Speed, Agility, and Stealth: Giichi possesses impressive speed, comparable to that of a Night Fury. Additionally, he has the ability to achieve even greater speeds by utilizing lightning as a means of propulsion. This makes him the second fastest dragon in the world. He also exhibits remarkable agility, effortlessly maneuvering through sea stacks without encountering much difficulty. With his sleek, grey-colored body, Giichi becomes incredibly difficult to spot amidst dark clouds and overcast weather. The only indication of his presence in such environments is the illumination caused by lightning passing through the clouds, as well as his electrical outline when he absorbs lightning before launching an attack.   Senses: Giichi's sense of vision is shown to be strong enough to allow him to see through dark clouds or at night.   Intelligence: Giichi exhibits exceptional intelligence and an impressive capacity for memory.   Stamina and Endurance: Giichi's stamina and endurance seem to be incredibly high. He is able to endure many attacks and still be able to fight.   Singing: Giichi possess the ability to sing, although the sounds he produces are not always enjoyable to humans.
