Symptoms
Most often at puberty someone who is afflicted with M.E.S. will start to show signs, those signs being various psionic manifestations.
Treatment
Someone suffering from M.E.S. needs to be trained to adjust to the condition, usually taking years of practice to manage the condition. Much of this education was lost during The Scream, but has seen a resurgance in the last five generations or so.
