Anji'Vez
Anji'Vez is a great city on the southern coast of "Land Of The Free People" thriving with residents and visitors from all over Nilaris, for here rules the ideologies of Oldstone. During the "II Iron War" a convoy of people from Oldstone fled to the free land in Shyanin, to escape the city which was taken by the Metrifian army, they were led by a woman who they call "The Mistress". The woman appeared 3 days before Oldstone was besieged, warned the people of what would happen and told them of a place where no laws were yet written and no armies ever entered.
The City
Like Their old home, Anji'Vez is build around religious freedom, and has statues everywhere signifying the diversity the city holds, yet here the spirit is not called the "Man Of All Faces", because of the mistress he has been dubbed into "Lady Of All Faces" and so all the statues here is of female appearance. Despite seamlessly being a duplicate of their sister city Oldstone, Anji'Vez is a lot more militarized and as it, unlike its sister, has direct access to the ocean the "Temples Of All Faces", which houses all the lesser prominent religions, are even more diverse and filled with believes from the eastern lands of "Chao'Xin" and Ljo'Nuthimba. Furthermore is the city home to a few very unique schools of sorts, the House Of The Nameless, which trains illegitimate sons of lords to one day earn their lawful title and Children Of The Moon, the only known place which instructs in the ways of shadow, as dark magic is prohibited in almost all other human realms.
The Ruling Power
A 300 hundred years ago Anji'Vez were guided by an overseer, like their sister city. Back then pirates and raiders, from the Perowian Sea, Preyed on the city like children over a bag of caramelized dates. During one of the biggest raids the city had ever seen, the city guards were pushed back and the battle seemed lost, until a woman and her fleet of ships arrived over the horizon, the pirates were thrown out in a matter of minutes once the ships had reached the harbors then she declared the city hers and crowned herself as monarch. This worked surprisingly well, as the overseer at the time welcomed her as with praise. During the reign of the first queen "Merilda I" the city were set on the right path, bolstered against piracy and as the overseer had foreseen she did not interfere with the freedom the city was build on, neither has her descendants who still to this day rules as monarchs and is yet consulted by the people elected Overseer. Where Merilda came from is yet unknown as she refused to tell and so did her crewmen, though its largely believed, by the ones who don't see her as a spirit sent to guide them, that they came from the southern land of legends Shai'Larýa. The current ruler is the young "Queen Antheria II".
