Ci'Me Heartsaran
Councilor of Magics (Former)
Ci'Me is perhaps one of the better known High Elves on the continent. He was involved in many world shaping events of the late Second Age to lesser and greater degrees, and was a member of the Torva'Asu, the leading council of Embrel.
A long time progressive, constantly battling against the High Elves desire for isolationism, Ci'Me found his battle moot with the Fall of Embrel and Desolation of Idiomaris. Ci'Me was one of the survivors of the disaster, and besides the Torva'Kir themselves, the highest ranking member of any power structure.
Ci'Me has taken on the role of speaker for a broken and split people, finding homes and enclaves for survivors, and working on what recovery efforts can be done on the destroyed city.

Personal history
Born in Embrel, Ci'Me was a child to wealthy High Elf merchants and wanted for little growing up. As he grew up he found he had a love of stories and books, and began to collect them. Eventually this love pushed him to travel east to help his personal mentor, Unior, collect books.
Unior, wanting his ward to see more of the world, suggested that Ci'Me join Guild Hyperios, which he agreed to. Ci'Me helped the guild deal with Lindra Thalsor and fought in The Battle of Castle Hyperios. After the battle Ci'Me left the guild, never wanting to get involved in war in the first place.
He wished his mentor farewell and journeyed back home to his cat, Hex, and adopted another cat, Jinx. He relaxed and recuperated for a while until he decided to enroll at the Schola Magus, which happily accepted the young Elf due to his notoriety and a recommendation from Unior.
Ci'Me split his time between the Schola Magus and Embrel. His time was further divided when he was called upon by Embrel to help study some arcane objects in the possession of Aurelia. This study put him in Avolen during the Battle of Avolen during the War of the Dragon. While he escaped that he went home to Embrel to soon be involved in the demonic attack on the city.
Ci'Me was instrumental in keeping the mages of the Scholars Isle together during the demonic invasion, eventually breaking the siege on the island with the help of The Wayfarers. After the battle he returned to the Schola Magus shortly before it was closed off for the remainder of the crisis.
After the Year of the Dragon Ci'Me resigned from the Schola Magus out of disgust for their lack of action during the crisis. He returned home only to be named the Councilor of Magic on the ruling Torva'Asu by Lienvira for his actions on the Scholars Isle, a scandal at his "child" age. Though confused he accepted.
In the years after Ci'Me provedto be a voice of progressivism and forward thinking. Many did not take him too seriously, considering him essentially a toothless child, especially his main rival on the council, Galan Dalari. But he found supporters who see the demonic invasion as proof that changes must be made for the High Elven people to survive in the future.
His political acumen was tested during The Return, where he worked with the council to keep Embrel alive. According to records, he managed to convince The Blessed Dead to in turn convince Galan to be less isolationist and aid Kalin as a whole. He also vehemently disagreed with detaching Embrel from the world permanently, though in this he was outvoted and failed. He was also at The Fall of the Return, fighting beside other heroes of the age.
For most of the Third Age, Ci'Me continued to act as the voice of progressivism on the Torva'Asu. Many political issues usually came down between him and Galan, though he usually lost to the older and more well respected priest. Though he had won some victories through the centuries himself, such as allowing outsiders to visit (as long as they could reach the city on their own), allowing (small) amounts of Wood Elves to settle in the city, and establishing a Schola Magus branch in the city.
Ci'Me managed to survive the Fall of Embrel, teleporting himself and a large group of civilians to safety. In the aftermath, he acted as the defacto speaker for the remains of the High Elven people, and acts as the closest thing they have to an active leader in their newfound exile status.
