Overseer

The majority of the time, those who wish to become an Overseer will first start out as a Venture-Keep. There is no set number of years as to how long their term as a Venture-Keep will last, their promotion to Overseer is based on work ethic, potential, capability, willingness to take responsibility, and relationship with their co-workers. Overseer's interact with the public on a day-to-day basis, so it's important that the individual is not provocative and has some form of social skills.   Adventurer's that had become Venture-Keep's are likely to progress to Overseer quicker than those who have no past history with the guild.
 

There is not much progression in the career of an Overseer, though if an Overseer shows potential, overall exceptional work ethic, and the position is not already taken, they may be promoted to Overseer-Axio.   An Overseer or Overseer-Axio may be promoted to Adjutant Overseer if the position is not already occupied, based on a process which is carried out by the current Overseer-Axio.
 

Overseer's receive a monthly payment from the guild, which varies on how much work they have put in that month.

Overseers are responsible for keeping record of adventuring groups, quests-in-progress, completed quests, and general upkeep of records.
