Adjutant Overseer

The position of Adjutant Overseer is almost always exclusively appointed from the Overseers currently working in the guild. The promotion is based on a process that is carried out by the current Overseer-Axio.   The Overseer-Axio of the Adventurer's Guild in question will compile a list of people who they believe should be considered for the position, discounting themselves. Their recommendations are usually based on potential, work ethic, and may also depend on the duration in which the individual has been working for the guild. The list will then be given to the High Overseer who may or may not add the Overseer-Axio onto the list, and then they must decide who is to be promoted based on the list of recommendations.     In the case where the High Overseer decides that the current Overseer-Axio is the best fit for the position, they will then also appoint a new Overseer-Axio based on the list of remaining recommendations.
