Twins of omen

It is said when the war with the great foe had ended the Queen of Beast gave birth to a pair of twins. Some took this as a sign that the shifter was weak, as how could the strongest of them only give birth to a pair? These children grew up with love though as it was clear they were stronger than any adult besides their mother but this power would be their end. Their names are lost simply called now the twin of moons and the twin of suns, it is said that the moons was the one who started their downfall. Believing in their power they challenge a great beast, the battle even now has left a marking on the world in Sea of Dark Memoires as it was made by the battle a permanent reminder of what happened.   The twin of suns went after the beast seeking an answer for what had happened between them the sea was a marker but no proof of what happened, during this the shifter was besieged by the great beast. When the brothers return they lead the beast against their mother somehow their hearts had been trained but even with all of the aid of the beast the queen could not be slain but she had no problem doing it the other way around. Her children the only ones she would ever have were buried within their old home their faces and names removed.

Due to so many of the facts missing the myth changed quickly as it travels each city having ideas on what happened, the ideas spread leading to everyone not wanting

When twins are born to Shifter it is an ill Omen. Shifters normally have 8 or more kids meaning any less is viewed as a sign of some kind. Though only twins are an ill omen for a pair cannot survive as a larger group can, twins cannot make a pack by themselves and must thrive to grow stronger. This makes many believe that twins have a heart of greed and supposedly their Talnets are ones meant to consume those weaker around them.   Many do not know the reason this myth started, even now when most understand that it is just a natural occurrence that happens when the children are filled with too much magic causing the mother's body to only carry two, many will still stay away from twins as they are always different from other children. Growing up with only one other sibling means they grow a deep bond and will be far more aggressive the myth lending to this as other kids will use it on them. A self-fulling prophecy as they will grow up untrusting of anyone even those they will make a pack with.
