Quaking of the Inner RIng

When the sleeping Earth titan awoke for the first time in a thousand years he thrashed in his chains. This caused a minor Earthquake which destroyed the inner wall of New Avalon.

After the wall fell down, 4 people were killed, 20 injured, and it took 6 months for the city to rebuild it. Some of the city are old enough to remember it, and either joke about it, or find themselves bitter of things out of their control, terrified of being attacked by monsters if the wall should fall again.
