Construction beginning/end

The time in which the city of New Avalon was constructed by the The Council of the Third Shields.

The Third Shields are the ruling party of New Avalon in additon to their founders. As children of nobility they put a lot of money where there mouth was when constructing it. The founders were obssessed with the idea of progress, and advertised their city as a place for eccentrics abondoned by the world to come and share their inventions, leading to the creation of firearms. The first wall has been knocked down and rebuilt over 10 times over the years. There was not originally meant to be a lower class district, but as necessity dictated and as the city grew, more houses had to be built and for miles there is no frest within sight of the city.
