Hemrel Papers
A newspaper company responsible for weekly articles on various events in the city. They are also famous for their reports on smaller criminals, helping guards and hunters alike to catch them more easily.
Structure
Reporters go out into the city to get articles and send them back to the printing companies which regulate what gets printed, then paperboys are payed to deliver papers or sell them in the streets.
