The adventurers guild in the centre of New Avalon, one of the first buildings set up there. It is highly lucrative and a good quest board for those skilled in travelling long distances and hitting whatever's there.
Structure
There are several guild stop point around the world, each of which has a team to separate their requests into different difficulties for their adventurers to handle.
Others have to deal with a bunch of consent forms and agreements that the guild is not personally responsible for the destruction of the village.
The base in New Avalon has a lot of people managing finance. They get their money by people purchasing requests to be set up. The finances have to be sent to the other branches to pay people, reimburse their own armour and weapon stores, and of course as rewards for adventurers.
And of course there are the adventurers themselves, who have to sign up to the guild to get payed from their quests and discounts from their stores, in addition to being given a rank. Anyone can take the copper level quests however. The ranks are copper, silver, electrum, gold and platinum, each one gets more payment and more difficult jobs.
