This district used to be known as the Arcanum, as it’s where the Order of the Many Starred Cloak’s tower was. Now, it has the Neverwinter Arena, and the Headquarters of the Guild of the Eternal Flame; the preeminent mages guild of new Neverwinter. Finally, this district houses a small number of dwarves, most of whom work in Stonehammers, a vast smithy by the riverside. They offer apprenticeships in runecraft and forging, for any artificers or rune knights.
The remnants of the Tower of Stars stand in Sune park, as a poignant reminder of the dangers of magical greed. A statue depicting Immortal’s Bane stands atop the ruined foundations of the tower.
