The Silver Leaf Inn

In the less affluent elven district of Dragoncliff, the city's elves congregate in the Silver Leaf Inn. On the outside, the tavern is a two-story building with traditional elven accouterment built into its sharp design. It features a blend of Nordic and elven carvings along the stone building. Inside, candles and lanterns illuminate a warm space with long, communal tables lined with seats in front of a hearth. The bar is worked by Eryndor, a middle-aged half-elf who does well to import spiced elven wine and more distant beverages such as Underdark stout. The inn attracts mostly elves of all kinds with patrons ranging from snow elves to orcs to dark elves to even the rare eladrin of the Feywild. This mixed patronage has been known to invite tension, especially between the snow elves and the dark elves. However, despite its tensions, the Silver Leaf continues to serve as the primary place of community for the elves of Dragoncliff, huddling together for support in a city that views all of them with suspicion.
