Before the Bronze Age culture reaches the Atlantic Ocean, Neolithic people build structures like Stone Henge, on the western-island fringes of European lands. Other stone circles are constructed all over Europe from roughly 5000 BCD to -2500 BCE.
**Rings of megaliths were set up across Western Europe and the Brittish Isles, including Stone Henge, which is one of the later circles. Like dolmen with their cap stones, similar rings are found around the world, inside and under massive soil mounds of prehistoric neolithic settlements. In the Mediteranean, during the time period of stone-circle building; Dimini Culture was the major population in what is now Greece. They were the indiginous people from before Greek-speaking (Indo-European) people arrived.
