Vega Sophie Tezcacoatl (a.k.a. Starchild)
The wind battles against her weight as Enon's leaves shrink by the second. Fog swirls around her form as her hands claw at the air, reaching for branches too high up. When Vega blinks, she awakes to find herself next to cracked marble pillars and steps, and she shivers. Then, the crunching of grass hits her as she springs to her feet and wraps her cape around herself. The man with hair like a midday sky stares at her with moon-colored eyes, his mole apparent on his left cheek. Her stomach caves in on itself as she presses the mask tight to her face.

Physical Description
With a petite form, those surrounding her dwarf her in comparison. Compared to her 9' cennend, she looks like a dot. However, one cannot let her size trick them, for she can take as many punches as a trained wrestler. She begins fast but loses a lot of stamina while running, so she could improve on that front.
Her forearms and calves, black like midnight, resemble a bird's feet. Violet scales cover her back, a stiff, white feather or two sticking out between the folds.
With a rounded face like her father and thick, black brows like her cennend, one could say she resembles the two of them very well. A scar runs across her nose bridge, earned while fighting off an invader in Enon.
She has a mole under her left eye, signifying her ties to the Tezcacoatl family.
She's ambidextrous. Vega often skips instead of walks.
She has the ability to generate her own pneuma as a result of her ousia ancestry. Due to this, unlike any Neegavians floundering about on Mamtir, her magic is not weakened.
Mental characteristics
In the dawning light of the morning, as the sun peeked through the horizon, Vega was born in Nohseyrnas castle. Even at birth, only a few were allowed to view the newborn, considering her very existence was a miracle. In fact, most did not know the King was with child, as he explained his sudden weight gain through sedentary behavior and eating (and he would explain his sudden weight loss through his powerful magic.) Thankfully, she was not a massive baby as many expected, actually quite undersized as a matter of fact. When the Acolytes got news of her, Saturn, in particular, became so excited, she manipulated gravity around the world of Neegavia in such a way, stars showered from every visible point. To the mortals of Neegavia, they interpreted it in different ways, like Empress Hymn thinking it a celebration of her and Queen Azur's new alliance, formed on the same day.
After a few days of being nursed by the King himself, not wanting to risk any nursemaids spreading the news of her existence, she was given off to her cennend to look after. Xe brought her back to Enon and showed her around to Alternity's chagrin, while Saturn was overjoyed to know they would rear her there. When it came time for her to rest, xe darkened her surroundings. To feed her, xe created formula ex nihilo, and once she moved on from that, foods that would offer her needed nutrients. It certainly proved a learning curve for the Creator, having distanced himself from secular behaviors like this, but they were willing to learn for their daughter.

Vega identifies as a girl, but she tends to lean to wearing more masculine clothes if she feels like it. She would wear a suit over a dress any day. She loves putting on make-up, though, something more feminine. In general, she likes embodying both the feminine and the masculine if she can help it.
She was home-schooled for the formative years of her life by Alternity and Saturn. Once she started living with her father, however, as soon as she turned 18, she enrolled into the Royal Nohseyrnas Academy to better her fighting abilities. Of course, she keeps her identity a secret to prevent a scandal from breaking out.
Vega, currently, has never actually had a job. One could say working in the employ of those fighting during the War of Light and Wolfgangian War count as jobs, but she does not consider them those herself.
Social
She misses Stellar, relying on them for her emotional needs. No matter what, they never grew tired of her venting or crying, and to show her gratitude, she always drew them pictures to keep. When her father was away ruling Nohseyrnas, she perfected her sword technique by watching Darce. To Lucky's chagrin, she enjoyed pulling on his ears while Darce watched with a smile, and if Stellar lurked nearby, they struggled to hold in their laughter.
Though not especially close to these Acolytes, as her cennend's right-hands, Saturn and Alternity tried their best to watch over Vega, too. Young Vega always giggled at the faces Saturn made at her, and she enjoyed listening to Alternity's stories. In regards to other right-hands, on Mamtir, she began to admire Gunther's skill with all sorts of weapons, and she begged him to teach her some techniques.
Vega, unlike her cennend, is a master at drawing. At the tender age of seven she began doodling the people she read about in children's books, and this soon developed into a full-blown talent of hers. Due to the lack of things she could draw, Stellar, in an attempt to enliven her pictures, brought back with them souvenirs from their travels all around Neegavia. Soon enough, the other Acolytes joined in as well, with even her father pitching in with ideas from time to time. Posters and drawings cover her bedroom from head-to-toe with how much time she spends on her hobby, and no one seeks to take it away from her.
She also loves to pick flowers, it bringing back fond memories of her childhood. Due to the undying nature of Monad Lilies, she picks them and puts them into vases in her room, decorating it further. However, a more poignant use of her hobby is to decorate her cennend's sleeping place. The white lilies, as depicted onto them for centuries, stand out brightly among the black of their hair nowadays. Sometimes, Vega gets out of control and covers their body with the blooms, leading to Alternity or Saturn to step in. Still, it fills her with joy she can still spend time with them in such a way.
History
Vega, as Extol's daughter, relied on them for many of her early years. Because of this, she came to idolize them and also became desperate for their approval. In their perspective, having a daughter enlightened them on the trials many mortals face throughout their lives. Though selfish at first, Extol learned the values of raising a child, and in doing so, it helped develop their cognitive empathy. Sitting and listening to Vega babble on about her life became their main job, but it never bothered them doing so. In turn, she relied on them to give her advice whenever she struggled to solve something. Whether it is solving a math problem or not knowing the name of a flower, she went to them for help. Never could Vega go to sleep without them singing lullabies to her, and to this day, she sometimes hums them to herself.
When Vega feels especially alone, she stays up late and looks up at the stars, reminding herself of the figure who always dried her tears.

Relationship Reasoning
While Vega adores her cennend, she cannot help but feel upset with the fact that they kept her in Enon for so long. They never told her of her half-brother, either, so she began wondering if they kept other secrets from her. Still, this behavior of theirs seldom erased the love she held for them. In her head, she likes to justify their actions with reasoning of her own; she recognizes it might be naive of her to do so.
In Extol's head, they believe their secrets kept Vega safe for all those years. Convinced that her father was the only other family she had, she never dare try to head to Mamtir due to lacking curiosity. Had she known about her half-brother, they suspected she might try to meet him. Her status as their daughter puts her life in danger, for such a vulnerable child who is blood-related to the Creator ought to be sought out by bad actors. Therefore, by disallowing her free travel to the mortal worlds, Extol ensured her safety. However, the biggest secret they kept was their past, and Vega only knows them for being the benevolent Light who saved the land. She knows nothing about the eradicated worlds. They did not wish to burden her with such information. However, once the day comes when they feel like she can handle it, they will explain everythung to her and hope for the best.
Legal Status
Blood-related family
Now that she lives with her father, she has an incredible amount of resources available to her. Before then, Vega scrounged up whatever she had on hand and survived that way on Mamtir. When she lived on Enon, she needed no wealth at all, for her cennend could provide everything to her for free. When they fell into a coma, Stellar brought her all the sustenance she required, some gifts interspersed throughout. Right now, all the gold overwhelms Vega, so she lives with what she already has. That is not to say Fafnir does not spoil his daughter with gifts; she greatly appreciates it.
