During the final stages of the city wall's construction, a devastating avalanche causes several deaths.

During the final stages of the city wall's construction, a number of Azuarai are harvesting more stone from around the volcano on the orders of the Indigois city leader, Lindan Crayfoot when a devastating avalanche causes several deaths. This leads to building tensions between the Azuarai and the Indigois, as rumours start that Lindan has deliberately been choosing to endanger the Azuarai rather than his own people.   As a result, the Lindan and his council, which is mostly compromised of his strongest Indigois supporters, lose some respect and authority which they struggle in vain to regain.
