Lindan Cragfoot dies after a short illness. The power vaccuum causes intense confusion, and several members of the council try to claim his position. Ultimately, Myran Grimhook, who has control over The Rose Guard essentially intimidates their way into the prime seat.

Lindan Cragfoot dies after a short illness. The power vaccuum causes intense confusion, and several members of the council try to claim his position. However while Lindan's authority had for the most part, felt natural due to his role in leading the group to this space safely, and his help getting the settlement up and running, people do not have the same respect for the authority of the council members. Ultimately, Myran Grimhook, who has control over The Rose Guard essentially intimidates their way into the prime seat. The council remains, but lose most of their power. Essentially they're there for a show of democracy, and are slowly replaced with Myran's supporters.
