Dack is, or at least was, a brilliant Orator. When Jerrod and Ephraim encounter him while exploring the the LED District of Grand Cluster, his popularity as a singer has surged to celebrity levels. However, his lyrics no longer make any sense. Dack's addiction to Jolt has destroyed his ability to convey real information.Mental characteristics
Personal history
When Dack descended from Mt. Gigabit, he wandered his way into Grand Cluster. His natural proclivity for words led him to become a popular singer. As his popularity increased, so did his opportunities for sponsorships. Soon, he found himself sponsored by--and an addict of--Jolt, a new electricity fueled drink. Jolt slowly affected his speech patterns until his lyrics consisted of little more than a random assortment of interesting words arranged in cryptic patterns.

Dack is the orator of the Soundbar, a big music venue in the LED District of Grand Cluster.
Mental Trauma
Dack's addiction to Jolt doesn't just affect his speech patterns. His dependence on it has made it so that he can't even walk on stage with any confidence without downing a can first.

Motivation
Many tortured hours not being able to truly express himself has made Dack push people away, isolating him further and driving him deeper into his addiction. Really, he just wants to be back to normal. He wants his real words back so he can warn people of the dangers of falling prey to addiction.

Dack's one real contact with the world is the broker of his sponsorship with Jolt, which is clearly an unhealthy relationship.

Normally, Dack is very eloquent and has a way of picking just the right thing to say in a situation. While under the influence of Jolt, however, his speech becomes jumbled and cryptic, obscuring his real thoughts and feelings.
