Venture Company, Resource Conglomerate
The Venture Company is the premier mining operation on the World of Myth and throughout several of the planes as well. As this is an inter-planar operation, their organization is very complex and has a rigid command structure, and a rulebook as long as any good governments, maybe even longer!
The goal of the venture company is simple: secure profits. The profits are generated from the exploitation of mineral, stone, and ore resources on the World of Myth and any planes that it is currently operating on. The company is capable of securing resources, refining them, and then selling them, the company has determined that turning the refined items into finished goods while it would increase their profits due to hoe much more finished goods are worth, over just refined resources. However they trick is the volume and the level in which they operate, their supply chain stretch's across not just a world but several, it would be impossible to secure that supply chain and distribute finished goods along it, their profits are earned in them finding local vendors that will buy their products and make finished goods with them.
The Venture Company operates to secure several resources types, including but not limited too: Mining (ore, stone, minerals), Lumber Harvesting, Skinning, Herbalism, Textile Harvesting, Monster Part Harvesting.
It tends to not like products that have shelf life, as they can cause loss of profits over ones that don't. However some items like hide and leather while they have a shelf life the company uses magical and chemical means to ensure they are transported safely and that decay on any items with any sort of freshness is maintained. The company has a few security specialists on staff, these personnel are trained to identify threats to productions, respond to emergencies, and perform other duties as directed by the CEO. These security forces are of the supervisor/manager tier, not security guards or officers, these are typically outsourced or contracted in.

Structure
Organized into regional offices called cartels, when an asset is over 200 miles from the main office. These local offices assist however they can to ensure the materials keep flowing into the corporation and that needed goods and resources flow from the company to the mines to ensure they keep operating at maximum output. These offices report back to the main, and as such have no power or influence outside their representative cartel, these areas and their sizes are set by the CEO, additionally the CEO makes all appointments within the corporation.
