Inferant ('In-fur-ant')

These small ants the size of Naekos terrorize the peoples of Almahna. They are known to create nests the size of small hills in the desert sand. So anytime you see a sand dune in the Almahnan desert, be careful, for it might be an Inferant nest in disguise! Their sting can burn and singe and it is highly recommended to bring burn potion with you when you head out into the desert. They normally may no mind to anyone, seemingly driven by one single directive, to bring food back to the nest. However, don't ever try to prevent them from this task, for they will attack aggressively.
Thus the people of Almahna have had to learn how to deal with them, either leaving them be or hiring adventurers to wipe out the nests. Most would opt for the second. However, the last time the people of the village of Varnshear hired the job out to a group of adventurers, that group botched the job so badly that the queen came into the village and wrecked havoc, and they left the mountain side in shambles after they took to blowing them up.
