North Middterh
North of castle Grandalheim lies the Northern part of Middterh serving as the border to both the Heinddur and Heindenselm Region.
Geography
The majority of the northern area of Middterh is lower than its surroundings. Due to the river running from the massive lake known as Gracelyn lake in the Heindenselm Region, Northern Middterh is primarily a wetland or swampland. Very little in terms of settlement or construct has ever been established in these wetlands and so, nature thrives in abundance here. However, some mutations left being from the war have tainted parts of the area making it even more dangerous to traverse.
To the South of the wetland, the river culminates into the Proch reservoir which is the capital city Grandalheim's primary source of drinking water.
To the East of the wetland lies the Township of Alnexia. Thought the town is technically within the Heindenselm Region, it is considered part of the Middterh.
To the North, from the swamps begins the Endpoint ridge dividing the Heinddur Region to the West and the Heindenselm Region to the East.
To the West, we have the Northern edge of Highwall in the Atlatoth Region as well as the triad crossroad lying between Middterh, Atlatoth and Heinddur.
