Sect of Moons

Sect of Moons is the belief of the gods Phobos and Deimos. Both of the gods have their own connotations, believing Phobos to be the positive half of the belief while Deimos is the negative half of the belief, both serving to be a balance, having most to believe that there cannot be one without the other. Though there are not many relics and followers left of this belief, there are still some people within the modern era, especially within the town of Tongselt that still believe in the gods to this day.

Not much else is known about this secretive sect. Many of the followers are now gone and a lot of the original ideologies are now lost to history. Ustaria did a fine job destroying the known languages, practices, and many of the ancient churches that were built in the name of these gods. Most of the churches can be found underneath the city of Tongselt, full of old relics and books left over from the Fire's Peril era. Though these churches are hard to come by, given their obscure nature. Some even believe them to be a myth and that there is nothing left from that era. However, most die-hard followers of this Sect believe otherwise.

Sect of Moons did indeed have a small militia that they developed in the event that they would need to protect their lands again from the invasion of a God such as Aldrich. However, this military never did seem to be used on the attack from a God, rather was used in the great genocide of Moon believers from the Ustarian regime. Later resulting in Phobos being sealed away in the Soul Mirror, a powerful spell that can lock away any soul that a group of people wish to. For this, Phobos condemned Ustaria and their people, saying that one day their country would burn for their sins. The only known act of Phobos damning a people to a fate. Something unheard of from the peaceful God.
