While comparable to the likes of the Dowagers, the Inferus appear to have no ties to nobility, cept for those brought through blackmail and manipulation. Motto “the ones who see and can’t be seen” Goals- Acquire knowledge
- Blackmail the unworthy nobles
- Bring destruction to the truly corrupt.
- A members identity is best kept secret
- If you can know your enemy, he becomes much easier to destroy.
- Sometimes to prevent evil, you must control it.
Inferus Ranks
The ranks of the Inferus tend to work as lone operatives, with only higher ranking members knowing the identities of operatives they are in charge of. Because of this, it is hard to gather information on the exact size and capabilities of the organization, however, if required, the Inferus have been known to gather en masse, combating threats to places they deem “good” or strategic points related to them. Members of Inferuas tend to be thieves and rogues, but are known to have their assortment of spellcasters and fighters. Anyone interested in bettering the world in secret is welcome as a member. Upon joining the organization, members are given a specially crafted mask that utilizes magic to hide your identity. Anyone making a perception check against your character has to beat a DC20 with disadvantage. These masks are handed out to all members of the organization.- Faciem (1 Renown)
