Governor
A compromise title between the High Queen and the subjects of Ilfor. Due to the Oleander influence that remained on the isle, the title of governor was granted to the one who reigned over Ilfor. This position was chosen by the people of Ilfor as opposed to the High Queen sending in a noble regeant to control the territory. The governor has few rights than a petty monarch when it comes to territory, expansion, and mustering troops.
