Erṣetu the Indolent
Ersetu is a Horned Devil from the realm of Sardan, previously trapped within an Aarakokran tomb.
Having been released from his imprisonment by Vidhan, Ersetu granted a single syllable of his true name.
This gives Vidhan the ability to summon the devil at any point, and Ersetu is magically indebted to preform one favor. Both parties must negotiate the terms of the favor before it is preformed, and it is to be of equal value to his release.
After this favor is preformed, Ersetu will return to his duties in the hells.
Divine Domains
As a Horned Devil of Sardan, subject to the venerable prince Orias, Ersetu's primary responsibility is to serve as an elite bouncer for the realms pleasure-palaces. Outside of this responsibility, he is granted full usage of his positions and privileges to fulfil any outstanding debts and contracts.
Sardan caters to impusivity and recklessness, a realm where any delight can be fulfilled on a whim and no care is given to consequences.

Special abilities
The Seven Hells operate on a strict legalistic hierarchy, in which Horned Devils are the lowest ranked of the Greater Devils.
This places them above all lesser Devils (Lemures, Imps, Spined Devils, Bearded Devils, Barbed Devils, Chain Devils and Bone Devils.) but below all other Greater Devils (Erinyes, Ice Devils, Pitfiends, and the Nobility).
All Devils, regardless of their native layer, are contractually obligated to obey lawful demands from any higher ranked Devil.
Greater Devils are able to promote Lesser Devils, provided the promotion is approved by the Infernal Courts pursuant to the Akkadian Articles #3652
Under no circumstances may they promote a Lesser Devil to a Greater Devil (IE promoting an Imp to a Horned Devil), but they may promote Lesser Devils to higher ranks within their Caste,(IE promoting an Imp to a Spiked Devil, or directly to a Bone Devil, skipping the intermittent ranks).

Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Horned devils are lazy to the point of belligerence and reluctant to put themselves in harm's way. Moreover, they hate and fear any creature stronger than themselves. When they are sufficiently provoked or antagonized, the fury of these fiends can be terrifying.
In accordance with their lawful alignment, devils obey even when they envy or dislike their superiors, knowing that their obedience will be rewarded. The hierarchy of the Nine Hells depends on this unswerving loyalty, without which that fiendish plane would become as anarchic as the Abyss.
