The Gods stood diminished seeking to regain their lost power. When they came to an agreement 300 years from the day, they would meet and fight and guide their champions to restore the god's power. The victor would head the reformed pantheon and their champion victor would sit beside them. So the gods departed and trained and prepared for combat.   Once only one champion remains they will earn the title of The Sovereign Above and be tasked with restoring the God's divine power while being allowed to keep some himself. - The church of the Blessed Second Scroll.   The following list are the rules for Champion Combat.   1. Champions cannot leave the Isle of Moli Mare. 2. The Blessings of the divine must be collected after each battle. 3. The combatants cannot refuse a direct challenge. 4. The fight must be fair, no mortals or champions are to interfere in seen or unseen ways. 5. Champions may ally themselves as they see fit, once such a pledge is made they are honor-bound to keep it. 6. Champions may not destroy Isle of Moli Mare.
