Jacintha Roots
Jacintha Root is known for its aphrodisiac properties, which are believed to enhance fertility. It's thought that the herb helps increase one's energy and stamina.
For eons, the effects of the root from the Jacintha bush have been believed to enhance fertility, and unlike the Narethil Root which are much more rare and limited in its impact, the Jacintha root can affect both men and women.
For the effect of the root to have the maxium effect, the roots will have to be cut into thin slices and left to dry in the sun for between one to two weeks. Afterwards, they can be transported and sold, but there is also the option to grind the slices into powder; the effect is the same, but as more of the root can be transported and sold when it's in powder form, it's a preferred way for merchants to transport as they can load up barrels with the ground up root compared to if they had chosen to transport it when it was only in slices. Despite the advantage in the amount that can be transported, transporting it in slices does have the advantage that they spoil less easily when in this dried slice shape, the powdered Jacintha roots being more susceptible to damp when transported over sea.
Scholars have studied the plant for centuries, and one thing they have discovered and yet have no suitable explanation for why it is this way, but scholars have found that for the Felari, the effects of the root are increased several times the normal amount if taken at certain times of the year, typically in the spring months.

Heheh yeah :D The working idea so far is that since the Felari is a Tabaxi inspired race so cat like, so they have periods where the chance is bigger than the rest of the year
