The Judge - Fragment of Order
The Judge is the most known Fragment. His existence, unlike most other Fragments, is a historically recorded fact. The Judge is an extremely powerful Fragment. Believed to be a Fragment of pure Order. The Judge is most known for the Union Judgement that brought together the continent of Olivaan. A Judgement so powerful that its lasting effects can and have shifted the entire Olivaan Capital City. The wording of his Judgement is binding beyond the power of any known force.
The Judge can be summoned directly to any number of willing parties. He will hear the conflict and allow a trial to occur in an extra planar dimension. All involved parties are kept until Judgement is rendered. That Judgement is then basically as much law as gravity.
Invoking the Judge should not be done lightly. It is a last resort, when a neutral party cannot be obtained. Children on occasion have found how to invoke the Judge over light squables. The Judge see's all as equal though, their case treated as honestly as the Olivaan Union.
