Fragments
The lowest of the Pantheon but the most active on Miramai's landscape. These are the Demi-gods of Miramai. Fragments are varied in power from The Judge who has enacted feats on par with the Shards, to The Buried Never Broken who is known for digging with his bare hands to save buried miners.
Fragments are mortals who have obtained the power of the gods. They are heroes, villains, and neutral parties in equal measure. Origin myths for the Fragments are varied. Some Myths tell of a mortal being given power directly by the Shards or Remnants to act as a more hands on entity for Miramai. Other origins are those of a mortal overcoming hardship to find they have formed a Fragment within out of sheer force of will. To their detriment... some Fragments are gained by taking the life of their predecessor...
Players of Miramai may choose to pursue becoming a Fragment. It will not be easy... Gain the favor of the gods, surpass mortal expectations, or hunt down a demi-god and the power could be yours.
