Ministry of Joy SMILE, ALWAYS

If you had the option to always feel happy, would you take it? A strange non-profit from the countryside of England, led by an elusive figure known only as 'Dr Smiler', the Ministry of Joy has made that choice possible, bringing a smile to the face of all those who seek their treatment. Though none of the spokespeople seem willing to explain how the treatment works, or why all their patients leave with same blank stare beneath their giggles and grins, if they leave at all that is. but they assure them that the Ministry will help them smile, always.
