Fulsi
Fulsi is a habitable ocean world, notable for being the homeworld of the Djunni and the capital of the Djunnetic Dominion. The planet is the second satellite of the Boass Ceind System, and has one orbiting moon of its own. Fulsi's hydrosphere is significant, and most of the planet's surface is covered by oceans and wetlands.
Fulsi is known as one of the most ecologically diverse planets throughout the galaxy. Due to a number of environmental factors, life on Fulsi evolves at an extremely rapid pace, and many species are able to mutate themselves by consuming DNA. It was this environment that the Djunn evolved in, using their ability to absorb and incorporate foreign DNA to reach the top of the food chain. Even though the ecosphere's genomic sequences have been mapped, every year brings new species with new genetic combinations to catalogue, making the planet a dream for biologists.
As the surface of Fulsi is almost entirely covered in water, be it deep oceans or shallow marshlands, buildable land is at a premium. Most large settlements are constructed using either seawalls and drainage systems to reclaim land, or easily replaceable outer layers to protect foundations from water seepage. Foundations have to be built heavy and deep, as most soil is waterlogged. With the high difficulty of building large structures on the planet, a high percentage of the population lives in semi-urban and suburban areas, rather than concentrated into dense cities like most homeworlds. A typical Djunn suburban home is constructed on stilts, with sculpted waterways that act as roads and highways.
