The Emperor of The North, Raiden Kita (a.k.a. The Tyrant)
His name was Raiden Kita, First born son of Emerpor Sasuke of the North. He was a very cruel and stubborn child, always finding ways to pick fight with the biggest guys. He would win some, but the ones he couldnt win he'd use his powerful status to threathen them. He continued to abuse his power due to his father being absent due to an uncurable illness.
When his father died on the year conmensing of 1506, Raiden had already begun his plans to take over Kuraokami!
