1. They can always communicate telepathically with the other bearers of the circlets. This communication is not blocked by distance or planar travel.
2. The wearer can cast a spell with the range of self on another bearer, as long as they are within 30 ft.
3. The wearer is immune to the effect generated by an Antimagic field.
