Tysar Rode
Mutagenic Master, Mortasium, Inquisitor Commander, Brains of The Assembly, The Butcher, Stone Cold Rode Tysar Belir Rode
Tysar Belir Rode is an Inquisitor Commander, and Order Master of the Perfected Bodies. A science and research based order, Tysar himself is self admittedly not the greatest warrior, field agent, or spy master, but he claims (arrogantly and oftenly) that he has one of the greatest minds in all of the Empire. Much to the chagrin of his rivals and detractors, one would be hard pressed to find any real water to be held in that argument. A young and briliant mind, Tysar specializes in studies regarding biology and biomancy. A gifted biomancer as well, he is known for having contributed with various advancements in the fields of medicine, biomancy, biomancy interrogation techniques, biomantic torture, and more other niche fields, his most renowned feat is the creation of the Bio-Torture syrum known as 'Mortasium'. It forms a psychoconetic bond with the administrator and the recipient, allowing the recipients bodily functions and morphology be altered almost at will by the administrator. Often used in horrendously painful ways, for this invention that has helped to easily resolve many a what would have been long and arduous interrogations. This received him the Great Imperial Scientist Medal, the highest scientific acknowledgement that one can receive.
A staunch believer in the superiority of humans, elves and dwarves, over the 'unclean peoples', he has written a numer of treatises regarding his devoutly expressed beliefs regarding this subject and speaks at many events to fellow fanatics. He does take offense when people compare him to other noted, famously openly anti-'unclean people' such as Mekrila Lanvys due to the fact hers as Tysar has stated in an interview: "Is a hate founded based upon our church, a severe lack of personability, intelligence, spirit, fortitude, and generally the heartbeat required to be considered living. Hers is hate. Mine is facts.' Believing himself to be the more just on the issue due to his scientifically gleaned understanding that those peoples are simply inferior.
A night religious follower and applicant of eugenics and phrenology, Tysar's labs, and he has many are torture grounds of the highest order. Justifying his horrific experiments on living beings with prior mentioned treatises and 'scientific analysis' on why the unclean peoples were lesser, Tysar goes about his bloody and bone chilling work. Vivisections, deliberate poisoning, bloodletting, starvation, all to the tune of the screams of the suffering. A noted psychopath and stone cold killer and torturer, Tysar has no problem being surrounded by the corpses of the dead and dying from brutal experimentations as he calmly writes down the result and adds it to his ever growing research.
He claims to be working on something big that would change the Empire forever, and he has been granted the resources beyond that of an Inquisitorial order to achieve those goals, as devious as they may be. Tysar also owns and oversees the very real, lovely town of Grillton, where all of his loving ex patients reside in perfect harmony.
Yet for the last six months, Tysar Rode is missing, and many are beginning to presume him dead. Yet his order does not give up on him yet, and still eagerly hunts for their leader.

Personal history
Tysar Rode was born to a noble family that worked in the Perfected Bodies beauracratic nightmare that many Order's had. Managers in the civilian side and high up in their appointments, they reported to some of the highest ranking officers. Even when a child and able to understand the world around him, he knew exactly what he wanted to do: join The Assembly. As a young boy and young man he would train every day for hours if he could, sword fight practice, studying the history of Meria, the Empire, other planes and more. His parents more than had the resources to fund his obsessions and dream of one day donning the elite uniform as an agent of The Assembly.
When he reached the age of 15, an average admission age to the Vrelman Inquisitorial Academy, it was obvious what Tysar's main focus and talent was: science. Tysar was a generational talent in fields of science, especially Biology, where he finished the final examination of his first year in the academy in 13 minutes. The test was 10 pages long. While middling in other areas such as field exploration, strategy and even somewhat poor in the class rankings for most combat related sections of what an Inquisitor needed to be, his intelligence could be nowhere questioned. He would willingly do other students homework and analyze their work to understand their thought process and essentially tutor them, which only made him even more intelligent as he began to understand how many of his peers minds worked. He was regarded as charismatic and charming, winning people over with his so often life-saving intelligence and humble charm.
Near the end of his tutelage at Vrelman, he began to experiment on his own, he had been granted explicit permission by the Heamaster of Vrelman to begin unlocking his mind. This is when Tysar's worst vices began to swell in their showing. At first it was small. See how an insect reacted to this particular fungus or mushroom or spore when exposed. See how certain biomantic magics he had used to alter metabolisms, extend lifespans, altered behavior in an individual. Then it escalated. It became small creatures and the tests increasingly vile and dangerous.
Testing how long to get certain degrees of burns in conditions different from one another on small animals like squirrels and rabbits. Stray cats from the streets of Meria snatched up to be injected with a special potent poison that had been created to make the imbiber spread this acid like spray that would emerge to the victim, killing them.
Finally, graduation day came, and Tysar was amongst the most celebrated and lauded students of his class, being the first overall student in his academic courses. For this he was granted a small but mostly hands off lab in The City of Secrets, his home. He then opted to join The Perfected Bodies, and moved back to his childhood home.
In his lab, the depravity got worse. Bums and homeless unclean peoples and humans, elves, and dwarves would fall victim from here on out. In the beginning it was innocuous. That random tiefling panhandler in one of the sticks in a small Peninsula town, gone. Smuggled, kidnapped, and shipped back to Tysar. Even then it would be relatively innocuous and he even let his victims go, sometimes observing them from afar for weeks, months, even lifetime forced experiments. But then something seemed to change. He needed to do more, to study more, to understand more. To understand everything about humanoid biology.
He began to keep people for longer and longer and longer, and Tysar himself seemed to care less and less and less regarding the pain he was now causing to intelligent mortals. Vivisections became an option once thought too far on a mortal, but it was crossed. All the while making small breakthrough after small breakthrough and of course doing a few field assignments to keep his senses sharp.
By the time Tysar knew, 30 years had passed and he was now the Inquisitor Commander of the Perfected Bodies.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Mental Trauma
Tysar seemed to not have much mental trauma in his life, yet something seems fundamentally broken in him, a completely lacking of empathy and really sympathy, a complete lacking of the concept of consent, inflicting pain. He is extremely black and white in his morality and philosophies. Many report on how disturbing it is to be around him for extended periods of time, noticing his movements, his thoughts, the ways he horrifically tortures people for 'science'.
Intellectual Characteristics
A highly intelligent mind, Tysar is both an extremely well studied historian of science and history and a greatly powerful spellcaster and scientist. With deep knowledge of biomany and biology he is an incredibly deadly threat to face in combat for all but the strongest of foes who can resist his body warping magic.
Morality & Philosophy
Tysar's only philosophy and morality regards that of an absolutist, ends justify the means regard towards science and progress. Objectively he has helped progress many fields in recent years that might take decades to truly embrace and feel the effects of, but the rapid advancement comes at the cost of countless lives.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
His main motivation in life seems to be some unknowable, yet unexpressed goal of some final, major, world altering scientific breakthrough. He has spoken about it vaguely and briefly, about 'the pinnacle of scientific achievement.' Yet he hs never revealed what it actually is.
